SP718 User Agreement

Welcome to SP718 (referred to herein as "SP718", "we", "us" or "the Platform"). SP718 is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform providing services to users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between SP718 and any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform (referred to as "you", "the User" or "the Account Holder").

SP718 operates under applicable international licensing frameworks. We do not hold, claim or represent any gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body. We do not claim endorsement from any Pakistani financial institution, including but not limited to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast are made solely as familiar Pakistani payment context and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or facilitation of gambling by those providers.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
• You have read and understood the Responsible Gambling policy and acknowledge the tools available to you.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

To be eligible to register and hold an Account on the Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or your applicable local law, whichever is greater. SP718 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately closed and any funds held therein dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.

You must access and use the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful. SP718 makes no representation that its services are lawful in your jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services more broadly are not eligible to register or maintain an Account. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to circumvent that restriction.

You must register and operate an Account solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. Registering or operating an Account on behalf of another individual or entity is prohibited.

To use the financial features of the Platform, including deposits, withdrawals and bonus claiming, you must register an Account and complete the KYC verification process. During registration and verification, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.
• Submit identity documentation as requested — this may include a government-issued identification document, proof of address and, where required, evidence of source of funds.
• Notify SP718 promptly of any changes to your personal information that may affect your eligibility or account details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. SP718 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

SP718 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified, or where information provided is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.

Deposits to your SP718 Account must originate from a payment instrument or account held solely in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. SP718 does not accept deposits that are suspected to originate from unlawful activity.

SP718 may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of payment rails known to Pakistani users. None of these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions on behalf of SP718. Method availability, processing times and minimum deposit amounts are subject to the operator's published platform settings and may change without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and may be denominated in PKR or an equivalent currency. SP718 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion where anti-money-laundering or fraud-prevention obligations require.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be completed before those funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• SP718 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation — including proof of identity, address or source of funds — before approving a withdrawal of any amount.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are not guaranteed to be instantaneous. SP718 does not warrant specific withdrawal speeds.
• SP718 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in cases where fraud, collusion or account irregularities are under investigation.

SP718 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. Actual requirements are specified per offer.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Placing bets in excess of any stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games, live dealer and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded. Refer to individual offer terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable offer. Uncompleted wagering at the time of expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Eligibility: SP718 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer, or to determine eligibility for any offer, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

SP718 encourages all players to read the full terms of each individual offer prior to opting in. Ignorance of applicable offer terms does not entitle a User to reinstatement of forfeited bonus funds.

All sports bets, live in-play wagers, casino game outcomes and other gambling activity on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published within the Platform. By placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge and accept the applicable rules.

Odds for all sports markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — are set by SP718's trading systems. SP718 reserves the right to void, suspend or limit any market where circumstances warrant, including where an event is cancelled, where data irregularities are detected, or where applicable sporting rules are in dispute.

In-play betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. SP718 is not responsible for connectivity issues, data feed latency or circumstances outside its control that may affect the placement or settlement of live bets. Bets accepted after an in-play event has concluded may be voided.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time studio operations. SP718 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages and individual session results will vary.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrect price, payout calculation or technical malfunction — SP718 reserves the right to void the affected bet or adjust the payout to the correct figure. SP718's decisions on manifest errors are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or providing false, incomplete or fraudulent identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation or any coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform to facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account credentials to any third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward SP718 staff or other users.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data structures and design elements — is the intellectual property of SP718 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's intellectual property without SP718's express prior written consent.

SP718 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or hard limits on session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from gambling without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full account suspension for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not revocable during the elected period.

SP718 operates a strict adults-only policy. Access is limited to persons aged 18 and above (or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction). SP718 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where a User is found or suspected to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Where SP718 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft or any other unlawful activity.
• Where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified within a reasonable period.
• Where a User's participation is determined to be in breach of applicable local law.
• Where SP718 is required to act by a regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
• At the User's own request, including for voluntary self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed for reasons of fraud or material breach of these Terms, SP718 reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in the Account in accordance with applicable regulations. Where an Account is closed at the User's own request or due to market withdrawal, SP718 will endeavour to return any verified real-money balances subject to completion of applicable compliance checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SP718, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service, regardless of cause.
• The accuracy, completeness or currency of any information published on the Platform, including odds, game information or promotional content.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, whether or not those losses arise from a technical error, data error or human error.
• Any third-party payment provider failures, delays or errors that affect the processing of deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit SP718's liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including in relation to death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SP718 holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through SP718's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under SP718's applicable licence conditions.

SP718's internal complaints process is initiated by contacting the support team at the email address set out in Section 18. SP718 will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable period and aim to resolve them in a timely manner. If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the applicable escalation path under the operator's licensing terms will be made available to the User.

SP718 serves Pakistani users as part of its international English-language offering. However, SP718 operates under internationally recognised licensing and is not licensed, regulated, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions, notably the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online gambling for residents of Pakistan is subject to applicable domestic law and may change over time. SP718 makes no representation that access to or use of its services is lawful for all Pakistani residents.

Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for:

• Determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under applicable local law.
• Ensuring that any financial transactions related to gambling are conducted in compliance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations and applicable foreign exchange controls.
• Understanding that references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are contextual references only and do not imply that these providers support, endorse or facilitate gambling transactions.

SP718 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, SP718 will endeavour to notify registered Users by way of a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address. The amended Terms will become effective on the date of publication unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting SP718's support team.
